Tender: Providing thorough detailed costed compliant tenders for large housing or commercial schemes on time is important to our clients whether it be single discipline or multi discipline, we provide clear tenders showing allowances and exclusions helping to negate risk for end clients
Design: Providing detailed, clear, compliant designs and ensuring cross-referencing against other disciplines, structures and specification details on electrical, plumbing, heating and renewable systems.
Electrical Installs: Quick, compliant installs to BS7671 whether it be traditional build, timberframe, flats, houses, communal schemes executed by one of our electricians working to HSE standards and keeping up with fast moving programmes, all monitored by our on site Supervisors.
Plumbing Installs: Again quick, compliant installs to Water regs whether it be traditional build, timberframe, flats, houses, communal schemes executed by one of our plumbers working to HSE standards and keeping up with fast moving programmes, all monitored by our on site Supervisors.
Heating Installs: Combi systems, air source, radiators and underfloor heating are all encountered and installed all to Gas safe regulations and latest part L standards and criteria, all monitored by our on site Supervisors.
Air Source Installs: With over 400 installs already all to MCS accreditation we have partnered up with Daikin and Valiant to ensure that installs meet the multitude of criteria needed to provide a well balanced correctly installed system, all monitored by our on site Supervisors and manufacturer technicians.
PV/Solar/Battery Installs: All installed to MCS accreditation either in or on roof we have now installed over 1000 systems often in conjuction with electrical and heating installs. In addition we are also accredited to install Battery Storage to MCS accreditation, all monitored by our on site Supervisors.
Ventilation: As air tightness in new build properties increases Ventilation demands, we can offer bespoke solutions for system 3 and system 4 MVHR installs. We have designed and installed numerous MVHR systems to social and private housing schemes along with appropriate balancing, setting up and certification.
As fitted and Aftercare: On completion we forward a full certification and pdf manuals for end client use, we also understand the value of aftercare, we offer prompt customer care resolution protecting your KPls, reputation and retention funds!
